Both car sets were complete. The st lets you build the Turbo OR the Targa .. so I purchased two sets so I could build both versions. Very happy with these two sets. Great Price and no missing pieces. Amazing Seller

Great build, the parts fit very well.
Some drawbacks are that some bricks have some (non removable) blemishes/smudges and the colors of the instruction book being off, but it isn't really that big of a problem, because the bags are numbered and there are only so many parts inside each back that could match the pictures.
Oh, one thing that I thought was weird, are the pegs for the rear axle. They are friction pegs, so the wheels don't turn easily. It's not terrible for me, as the car will be on display anyway.
